Lots of fashion writers and bloggers had very pleasant encounters with Alexa at the recent Fashion Weeks. I think we are all guilty of picking and choosing what stories to believe

I think it's more of a case of Alexa "picking and choosing" who she's nice to, which doesn't really make her any more likeable in my book.

about her personality, i don't think she's particularly ingratiating, even when it might benefit her to be. so i'm not surprised that she might come off as reserved, stuck-up, whatever. that was her schtick on Popworld. and that's kinda how she approaches dressing too. she's said in interviews that she doesn't try to be sexy or dress to appeal to men in that way.

in any case, i only admire her style. not the elephant (such a funny euphemism!) or the person, whom I don't know.

I don't want to say that she has lost it completely with this nme outfit, because she hasn't, but seriously... that frilly dress with those big pink shoes with crystals... not even Alexa can pull it off... and the brown (is it brown?) coat. nuh-uh, not my cuppa this time...

I think it may be the opposite actually.
Those shoes would have been my dream shoes when I was 5. (they would have matched my tutus wonderfully)
I could not wear them seriously as an adult.
