^ i think she's trying to be 90s more than anything - slip dresses paired with boots or converse? it's a very "grunge" look, which can sometimes be great; she only needs a plaid shirt tied round her waist to complete it. here it feels try-hard and unoriginal. in the 90s - and even now - it can sometimes work.

p.s. rhianna wore something very similar recently. a long pink slip dress, denim jacked and converse. here, imo, it looks good - or at least better
