When Lindsay Lohan first broke into the biz at age 13 in 1999, she was a fresh freckle-faced redhead who enjoyed “rollerblading” and hanging “out at the mall with my friends.”

What is her sister Ali like at 13?

Well, she’s a lot more, uh, mature — at least judging by a picture taken of the budding singer (who turns 14 next month) in October.

In the shot, Ali wears heavy make-up and has her hair blown out — a complete contrast from her sis’ early days.

Still, despite their differing appearances, mom Dina says her girls have a lot in common.

“My daughters have an interest in the arts,” she said, “and I support them.”

what a terrible photo shoot. Lindsay really needs to give her some tips. For the market she is going for, she REALLY needs to tone it down. She literally looks older than me, and that is scary! The only shot I think she looks good in is the one where she is smiling with Dina.

Speaking of ridic photoshoots, here are newish pics of Lindsay Lohan's younger sister who is so made up in these photos that she actually looks older than her leechy mom-ager Dina Lohan who managed to weasel her way into one of the shots:

Folks, this girl is 13 years old. She looks like a divorcee in her 30's who is trying her hand at modeling for the Sears catalog. Lindsay may have grown into a bit of a mess but she didn't look this rough at age 13. I just hope this tarty look isn't a harbinger for things to come for dear, sweet little Ali

I think I have figured out what I don't like about her look. Ali has a very awkward, shoved into a mold look that she does not carry off well. I am sad for her. She will never really have a childhood.

She's almost a celebrity and even her agents should tell her to stop dressing up like that. If they are professional agents...well.
