Stepping out for a little fresh air, Ali Lohan was spotted out for an afternoon stroll in West Hollywood, California on Friday (January 9). Clad in an all-black ensemble with matching black knee-high boots, the “Living Lohan” starlet listened to her iPod as she walked sister Lindsay’s assistant’s dog around the neighborhood.
