Someone in the met gala thread said something like 'her dress looks as though four different outfits crashed into each other'. That seems the only way to describe this.

Also, it seems very cavalier of Nicolas to stand there smugly with a face that says "I designed this, and no one has tried to arrest me yet"

Alicia Vikander Launches Vikarious Productions, Will Star in First Project With Eva Green

Oscar winner Alicia Vikander and her London-based agent Charles Collier of Tavistock Wood have launched production firm Vikarious Productions.

The company's first film is Euphoria, a production with Sweden's B-Reel Films, that will start shooting in the German Alps in early August. It is the English-language directorial debut of award-winning Swedish writer/director Lisa Langseth, who previously collaborated with Vikander on two Swedish-language titles, Pure and Hotell.

Vikander, who won this year’s best supporting actress Oscar for The Danish Girl, will star in it with Eva Green (Casino Royale) as sisters in conflict traveling through Europe towards a mystery destination.

Said Vikander: "Euphoria is Lisa's third film as writer and director. I have worked with her on each of them, and I jumped at the chance to do so again."

She added: It’s a uniquely European approach, enabling me to work with a great Swedish team alongside my colleagues in London. It is a profound story about the journey of two estranged sisters, full of suffering but also full of joy, and squaring up to very important subject matter. It also has compelling female voices and is packed to the rafters with female talent both sides of the camera."

She said Vikarious plans to produce two further titles at a similar budget within the next two years.

It's taken a while but I really like her MET look. I guess they could have done something a bit more red carpet-y with the fabric they had available but Nicolas has never really been a big traditionalist when making red carpet dresses.

I like that the whole look is very young which is nice to see as opposed some stuffy gown and a hairstyle that ages her. I love the ponytail and even the booties, she is a very chic and cool girl and she pulls this off. It's her best LV showing, specially compared to her award show run. She looked so uncomfortable and not herself in that princessy yellow dress at the Oscars.

Those hiking boots make me cringe so much !!! Can you imagine this beautiful printed dress with chic silver sandals ?! It would look amazing with her beuatiful tan skin.
