From the ankles up that's one of her best looks lately. But her stylist simply had to go and ruin it with combat boots, didn't she.

^I don't even think it's the work of a stylist. It's the work of a PR team at Vuitton trying so hard to shove those hideous boots down our throats (or rather, on our feet). It seems Michelle was the only one who managed to escape the trend and opted for simpler, much better boots.
