This isn't bad at all! I was worried when I read the thread title that the picture would be cheesy but the end result is very flattering. Nice to see Allure mixing it up with an outdoor shot - the colors on this are quite nice. Pleasant surprise!

i instinctively did this when i saw who was going to be on the cover this month, but i really like this cover...
between this cover and the victoria beckham one, allure has done a great job of switching it up...

This cover is a breath of fresh air for Allure. Although I don't particularly like Eva Longoria-Parker, I have to say she looks very good on this cover and the fact that it isn't a studio-shot makes it a lot better.

Much better than usual. At the moment I'm going through old Allure covers and clippings I've saved from around 2001-2003, when we were seeing Mariah Carey and Meg Ryan on the cover for the first time, so it was a novelty. Ah, and the loss of Kevyn Aucoin...

That cover is excellent! Very Sophia Loren, Kim Novak, Milton Greene 50s type shot. I wish Allure did more covers like this. Instyle, take note.
