The sweetheart just looks so swell in suspenders.
Maybe I am a only Guy(homme) who often visits this sled, and for about matter of Amanda’s sexuality, I don’t think I am adequate to comment something for it, maybe?? 
I would rather much attention other(?) side of her, if so to say way of her life. Compared with other models, Amanda apparently is a model that looks have many “enemies”.
At least I never other model that once someone posted some articles of that model to other fashion discussion board like Fashist, other guy replied with full of bad mouth. 
I assume, she is honest for herself, it is OK,
but sometimes, it looks “too” honest, isn’t it? I think (want?) Amanda has good nature,charcter, one reason she did works with some good photographers like Nathaniel Goldberg with repeatedly. If she is difficult person to work with, maybe he refused to do again with her?
In fact I feel much frustrated if she really retires model work, as It looks that her enemies mention feel delight with ironic smile.
I don’t know if I believe Why-not model site, but they still list her name as their model. I know in recent they soon delete name of model once she leaves their agency, so I think she still belong to them.

p You are correct!! And as "I say lay off the hater-aid". It's not productive. Of course! Some people are not going to like her due to being open about her sexuality.
So they will bad mouth whom is different/ or has something about them they just don't like.Honesty! .....to me is the best policy

yeah, I've seen too there's been a tendency to mythologise about AM... the less people know, the more they invent!
and homosexuality is very spread in the fashion world, but it seems to me that it's okay when it's a hidden thing, when it's a night stuff... but when it's outed in the light of the day, it's a bit more difficult to deal. especially, I suppose, for supermodels who have to embody the glamourous type of feminine that fashion promotes. but after seeing so many pics I'd say that Amanda's body can hide almost nothing!! it's been said so many times that her talent as a model is (was?) putting together elegance and 'tomboysm'!
needless to say that such an issue interests me a lot. B)
