IMO....her back doesn't look bad I'm not a skinny as she was in that pic and my bones stick out, I thought it was pretty normal...see how shes kind of bending foward..that's what makes them stick out more. anyway doesn't matter i love that pic

I agree, that is a beautiful photoshoot, all the pics are very good. it seems to me it dates back to 2002. it was in 2003 that she became a bit too thin, especially at the end of the year, but now she's okay.

It has nothing to do with 'looks' is just obviously because of her ribs and bones popping out of her back as you can clearly see.

i tried bendin foward to see if my bones will pop out and yep they did and i have more kilos than amanda...in the end if you bend any model i think you will get the same effect...are we gonna conclude they are all unhealthy?!

She doesn't have hispanic blood. She 's got Irish in her. Possibly some Jewish , who knows. She's like Jennifer Connelly.. with dark features. Irish has some dark features too not just blonde and blue-eyes or redheads.

Evelyn, I also noticed that she was absent in a lot of the NY shows, but she did quite a few in Paris and Milan. So she's not out of modeling.

I think someone mentioned in another thread a while back that she is not hispanic.

ve already interviewed Amanda Moore couple of times and we have an awesome chemistry. She likes complicated but straight to the point questions, she likes to analyze what's behind a look, a mix of colours... So in this sense, the report would represent the relationship between AM and Fashion as an Artistic Process. So just stay away from Star System and commercial purpose. It is about rarity. About a unique individual who expresses a Helmut Lang outfit (besides Stella Tennant) at its best. I've seen her live walking the catwalk bunch of times and it is like "Oh, there is my Muse". So I am really thrilled of getting your ideas regarding:
-her personal dress-style
-her creative leisures , well, music, arts
-her nightlife - what's behind her escapades
-her inner nature- maybe the core of this project
-how she sees herself
-what surrounds her

I mean... Figure out she's quitting modelling and maybe we will not be able to catch images & sound of her moedelling days anymore. Even if she has been erased from style.com list of models, she's one of the most recognizable models ever.

Almost a year ago, I watched an interview of Amanda on FTV.
She was backstage at some fashion show. She said that she was really sick, she was eating an orange to help her get well, but added that she shouldn't say that, and faked a big smile and said "I'm fiiine!".
She confessed that she was extemely worried because her brother was in Iraq, and that it was hard for her to think about fashion when all those things were happening around the world.
She also said that after her fashion carreer ended she wanted to go to college, because she believed she would find "her passion" there, something she would enjoy doing for the rest of her life.
That's all I remember from that interview. Of all the interviews I've watched on FTV, that was the most touching and honest.
Also, she has a tongue piercing, and she stuck out her tongue for the camera on every possible chance!

Fran, this blog is hilarious. I'm with you and think that it may just be Amanda. Plus the writer says that September 10 is AM's birthday and that's right isn't it?

The writer seems to be part of some sort of "in crowd" (LOL) just by the clubs they hang out in, going to Marija V's party, hanging out with Jeisa, etc. I love how "AM" brought over the Petron.

I wonder how she feels to have her birthday the day before the catastrophe of our time (Sept 11, 2001) .
