Katharine McPhee shares a laugh Tuesday with former Idol guest star Andrea Bocelli during rehearsal at Los Angeles's Shrine Auditorium for the JCPenney Jam: The Concert for America's Kids. I can't see Taylor being that successful. On Ellen Degeneres' show the other day he was so cheesy, and when he sang his song it was truly terrible, it was like he was trying to imitate a singer, and that he himself really wasn't one. Katharine annoyed me greatly on the show though, she always seemed to have this air of arrogance about her. In my perfect world, Chris would've won. This season disappointed me!

oh yeah and Katharine needs to add "dump bf get new one" to her to do list immediately.

i have to say i agree with the american public on this one..
except maybe asia'h....i thought she performed really well..

it airs tonight here in aus...looking forward to seeing the boys!..
so far i'm loving david archuleta and michael johns..

I don't get Archuleta. Sure, he can sing, but he's just there. I think my favorite is Brooke. Not the best singer, but she knows who she is as an artist and know how to pick songs that are good for her. Most people on the show pick the worst songs and totally stink it up even though they are good singers.

i love brooke too...she's my favourite of the girls..
she doesnt have the strongest voice but she's unique and seems like a 'star' already...i love her carly simon vibe....she picks good songs and you're right oxy..she knows who she is...

i love david archuleta...poor guy last night...he floundered..
but i have confidence that he'll get back in the game....he's just so young...wait 10 yrs and the guy will be absolutely phenomenal....his voice is so tender and controlled for a 17 yr old....amazing...

i forgot to mention my other favourite...jason castro!...
he's a bit like brooke i think...very laid back vibe...knows who he is...unique and always emotionally connected to the music...i adore him...

Kinda disappointed on who left. I thought he had the best voice out of the guys, though he was a bit vanilla. I would've preferred others to have left first.

really?...i thought he did well the first week but has been bad ever since..
and last night was terrible..he was so pitchy and so over the top...i'm not sad that he left...
he has a strong voice but i didnt connect with him at all...he didnt seem to have much personality either...nothing stood out about him for me..

those are the people i like, and castro, white and archuleta are the ones ill be voting for.
I totally agree that Brooke has a strong identity as a performer and a really nice voice--and she seems so genuine!

I don't like amanda overmeyer at all, her voice doesnt really have a lot of..versatility. And ALSO! I almost forgot! Carly, the irish one, is so wonderful...she sounds a lot like kelly clarkson
