lol I love how anything amy does gets so much attention

I went to the barber> amys song playing "valerie" then she comes on bbc news
I go on the tube> her face is on every paper
I come home> her thread is buzzing!

Did blake even get released? sentenced??

Yeah, because she just won't sing at all anymore? It'll be rough for her .. possibly even rougher than it is already ..

at least now she won't be saying "my blakey will be out in 11 days" between every song

no, now it will be "My Blake incarcerated will be out in 26 months, 24 days, 4 hours and 26 minutes!"
LOL
I love Amy as most of you know but i couldn't resist!

Sorry!

That wax figure is possibly the best one I have ever seen in my life. I actually was about to comment saying "wow, she looks so healthy in the yellow dress. She looks really ...clean!" lol
but then i realised lol!

Spokesman: Winehouse to ER for reaction to meds

07/28/2008 6:24 PM, AP

Amy Winehouse was hospitalized Monday night for a reaction to medication but was expected to be released by morning, representatives for the Grammy-winning singer said.

An ambulance took Winehouse from her north London home to University College Hospital, spokesman Chris Goodman said.

"Doctors have advised that she will be kept under observation overnight and is likely to be released tomorrow," read a statement released by Goodman and Tracey Miller, the 24-year-old's U.S.-based publicist.
It was the second time in as many months that Winehouse has been in the hospital. She was admitted to a London clinic in June after collapsing at home, and father Mitch Winehouse said at the time she had developed early stage emphysema from smoking cigarettes and crack cocaine.
Winehouse underwent a series of tests but was discharged in time to perform at the Glastonbury music festival and celebrations for former South African president Nelson Mandela's 90th birthday.

The troubled soul diva became an international star after she released the Grammy-winning album "Back to Black" in 2006, but her music has been overshadowed by reports of drug use and run-ins with the law.
This year, she was investigated by police, although not charged, after a tabloid newspaper published a video that appeared to show her smoking crack cocaine.

In April 2008 she was cautioned by police for assault after she slapped a man on a night out.

Earlier this month, her husband Blake Fielder-Civil was sentenced to 27 months in jail for assault and obstructing justice. Fielder-Civil admitted beating up pub manager James King in a barroom fight in 2006 and then offering him $400,000 to keep quiet about it.
Winehouse has repeatedly regaled concert audiences with appeals for the release of "my Blake."

Troubled singer Amy Winehouse has been stretchered out of her home and rushed to the accident and emergency ward of a London hospital.

The singer was seen being wheeled out of her north London home just after 8.40pm this evening by paramedics, as her beleaguered father Mitch Winehouse watched.
Paramedics were called by father Mitch after Amy reportedly suffered an episode of 'fitting'.

Her spokesman Chris Goodman said in a statement: 'Amy Winehouse suffered a reaction to medication at home this evening and was taken to hospital.'

Amy was taken to the accident and emergency department of UCH where she has been admitted.
A squad of police arrived as Amy was shielded her singer friend Remi Nicole and her father, as well as the paramedics who were in attendance, with only her bare feet exposed, as she sat slumped in the wheelchair.
After she was driven off by paramedics, a police van escorted the emergency vehicle to the London hospital where the singer was admitted tonight.

A London Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: 'We were called at approximately 8.40pm to an address in NW1 to reports of an adult female taken unwell.
'We sent an ambulance and a fast response car and the patient has been taken to hospital.'
Goodman added: 'Doctors have advised that she will be kept under observation overnight and is likely to be released tomorrow.'

Cant believe she is in hospital again, but i think she will be fine; I just read this on The Sun...

An onlooker said worried Mitch told fans: “She’s just mixed up her medication.”
One of my friends said to Amy’s father, ‘Will she be all right?’ He said, ‘Yes, she’ll be fine’ but he looked upset.”

Later dad Mitch went to University College Hospital and took Amy some Kentucky Fried Chicken.
Asked how she was, Mitch held up two bags of food and said: “This is how serious it is — I’m bringing her some KFC.”

Amy’s spokesman said: “It looks like a reaction to treatment on her anti-drug programme and new things she’s been trying as part of that.”

Amy Winehouse was discharged from hospital this morning after receiving emergency treatment for a adverse reaction to 'medication'.
A spokeswoman for University College Hospital, where the singer spent the night, said she was ushered out via a private exit shortly after 9.45am.
She was said to be in good spirits after a 'comfortable night'.

The spokeswoman said: 'Our doctors decided to keep her overnight for observation. She had a comfortable night and will be discharged today.'

But they should be there FOR Amy and not to promote a stupid wax figure. Its Amy that is the priority now. Dont you think???
No offense!

What can they really do? She is a grown woman, not 12.
And I would like to think if they made a wax figure of me my mum would want to check it out.
