Her supposed lover and friend Alex Haines has sold his story to a UK tabloid to make some easy cash, and while I'd take the descriptions of sex with a pinch of salt - these tabloid exposés always need graphic details, invented or otherwise - this is what he said about the Bond track:
Alex reveals how her spiralling problems cost her the chance to sing the theme tune to the new Bond film. He recalls: “Mark Ronson had prepared a backing track based on David Arnold’s Quantum Of Solace score. But when Amy heard it, she said, ‘I want a tune James Bond would dance to. That sounds like something f***ing James Bond gets into an elevator to’.”
She was ditched from the project and the track, Another Way To Die, was sung by Jack White of The White Stripes and Alicia Keys.

As the singer joked around with friend Blake Wood and pretended to scare a small child with a blanket, it seemed the Caribbean holiday was doing her the world of good.
Wearing a yellow bikini top and short denim shorts over purple ruffled underwear, she showed off her new curvier figure.
