i'm getting so tired of anja and sasha eds

me too. i think they look great together and their editorials are really good. but i'd like to see new anja things, not anja & sasha. though i'm excited to see what this is all about

anja's relationship is really like sasha p's. they aren't the fifteen years-old. they are mature, intelligent adults; their relationships are mature and adult and stable, which is why they can feel comfortable bringing their bfs and husbands to parties and events and feel comfortable sharing the same frame with them in a campaign or editorial. likewise, the editors and photographers feel comfortable thematically adding their bfs to a photoshoot. i don't imagine, say, the photographers will like the idea of shooting a seventeen-year-old model with her bf. and i, too, am very confortable with anja and her bf's appearances together. ultimately, for models with such stature and longevity as anja or pivovarova, i would imagine people will permit them quite a bit of initiative and creativity and allow them to project their own character or personal life onto their work. so i just take sasha's increasingly frequent appearances in anja's professional life as a sign of the respect and privilege and trust anja gets from those she works for.

Bottomline for me is, if it's Anja Rubik in the ed, I'm almost sure it'll come out great.

I'm still drooling all over the Fendi campaign. It is not possible to describe how gorgeous is that campaign. Love her VP beauty ed as well. Great way to start a year!
Anja & Sasha are definitely very popular in fashion industry, especially together!
