I know msot people will think this is ugly, but honestly this is my favorite collection so far this season.

I love the lacey bits:heart: , i don't like her highwaisted pants, conceptualy may be, but I don't find them apealing to wear.

Back was voted Swedish designer of the year at the Sw. Elle awards. :D

its not ugly it looks very difficult to wear (if that makes sense?) i like the lacey bit on one of the pictures it looks like lace knickers on her jumper :flower:

I don't really like it...scrolling down the page I noticed that I don't like the use of fabric or the colours. Also I dislike the models, but that has nothing to do with the clothes ofcourse ;)

I don't think it's ugly either :flower: Some of the proportions seem funny, but there are a few pieces/ideas that I find really interesting. Thanks for the pix.

Well that's sort of her signature; not using professional models.:D

What you pointed out Mr. Dale, all is indeed her signature. She's got this sort of a political ambivalence towards,as she calls it,"designer toilet paper". And its turned into her aesthetic.

Its exactly how she works, using really mundane & ordinary fabrics and shapes but in the most delightful and most especially unexpected manner. I love Ann-Sofie and I think what she does is absolutely brilliant. I kind of think back to that Bernhard i'view on Hint and he saying that there is no such thing as beautiful or ugly, that its the emotion behind it that renders those feelings.

This is really good. Thank you Space. I'd actually love to have that grey coat with the plaid bit attached.

Haha! Seriously? Well that is kinda cool though B)

I like the skirts in this collection the best. Nice pics - thanks for posting.

OK, I'll be the voice of dissent here - I think it's ugly. I appreciate what she's trying to do, but the clothes themselves just don't cut it. I think Scott is right in seeing a relationship between her work and Bernhard Willhelm's, but Bernhard's is imho much better executed.

I actually saw some of her stuff in a shop before, and thought it looked like ***. Then I tried a few things on out of curiosity, and I looked like ***. It really just doesn't work for me.

I remember that collection she did based around the mistake of exposing one's bra. She did this sort of harem-girl fringed corset boning into t'shirts and such. First time I ever heard of her...it definitely catches one's eye despite the mundane approach.

And yeah,it may not work for everyone but like you say,you cannot help but to admire her sensibilty.

I think it's creative and interesting, but very ugly. The pants and especially the jeans strike me as terribly unfashionable. They look like these old, light, grandma-looking, ill-fitting jeans my stepmom wears from Walmart.

but isn't the point to be '***' kind of? mistakes and rubish.

Scott you put it beautifuly.
