The closeups show that the materials and cuts are as unsophisticated as ever. But I still think it's an enormous improvement over her usual work. I like most of it.

Having never seen or heard of this designer before,I must say that i don't like it at all.Some of the clothes are unflattering even on the stick insect models,so imagine what it does to a real woman?

And the bare tummies/flapping thighs just....

Ok for teenagers,I think.

Well by sophistication I don't mean evening gowns with sequins and fur. I mean a certain finesse and quality to the cut and materials. A trashed-out patchwork pleather bomber jacket can have just as much sophistication as a sable coat. It's more about the thought process and ideas behind the piece.
