Did Howards K. Stern kill Anna Nicole Smith??????

In October 2006, Smith's estranged mom, Virgie Arthur, told Nancy Grace on CNN Headline News that after the death of Anna's son, Daniel, she was concerned that Howard K. Stern was the one in line to inherit Anna's millions.
"If Howard Stern marries her and she ends up dead, then who does the money go [to]? Danny's not there," Arthur said.
Additionaly....
Many people have speculated that Stern gave Daniel the Methodone [prescription heroin substitute] that killed him.
While that investigation continues despite Anna's death, an investigation into her death will likely lead cops to closely examine Howard, the "brains" behind Smith.
Was Howard keeping Anna nicole drugged up?
Was Stern exploiting Smith's pain for money?

a statement to the TV show "EXTRA," the family of J. Howard Marshall, Anna's late husband, said "Our family was shocked by the untimely death of Anna Nicole Smith. We wish to express our sympathies to her family in this difficult time. We understand that many of you will be asking questions concerning the ongoing litigation with Anna. Out of respect to her friends and family we will reserve comment on the litigation at this time. "

Attorney Ron Rale, who had been representing Anna Nicole in her paternity battle with Larry Birkhead, tells TMZ there will be a court hearing tomorrow. He says he was contacted by reps for Larry Birkhead and they will go to court to discuss the matter of DNA testing.

So, so sad. The young baby will not know its mother or brother...something stinks with this situation...I saw Anna Nicole Smith on the Insider and ET last night and I said to my family that she is not lucid and it seems as if she is
stoned or out of it and being propped up by her lawyer.... She could barely keep her eyes open and as the mother of four children, I said she doesn't seem awake enough to take care of an infant. I said that she looks sleepy and drugged, like she is not really there answering the questions...like a robot...and then to hear what just happened... shame, shame, poor baby...

Trimspa had released a statement on their official website stating that Anna Nicole Smith had suffered chest and pain in October. This information is significant, because at the time Anna was taking Trim Spa afedra was legal. TrimpSpa used to contain afedra which is known to have deadly side effects. Could the supplement been a cause for Anna's death? Many wonder, since Anna did lose a lot of weight in a short period of time, which could have had a effect on her heart. In the meantime, Trimpspa sends out their condolences.​

I agree with those of you that think something's up. The situation's very, very suspicious and just...weird, everything since her son's sudden death five months ago when the baby was born to her dying the day the paternity test was supposed to take place...
Anyways, she was a truly tragic woman and though much of what happened to her was self-inflicted, you can't help but wish this soap opera of a life would have had a happier ending. May she finally rest in peace and I truly hope someone responsible and loving takes care of that baby girl.
