Honestly, I always believed that Anna Sui fragrance/beauty campaigns tarnish Meisel's good name. The creative direction has been the same for decades and it's the one of an animated Barbie movie whose target audience is seven years old and below.
I'm happy that Mary Howard is still working with Meisel, without her all of his works recently always a blank background.
Well the perfume department is definitely keep her brand alive until this day. She know her clients so I don't think she gonna change anytime soon. The chessy image is very on brand, and the bottle is very creative.
Well, Anna Sui by Meisel has always been the epitome of kitsch and cringy at it's finest, I wasn't expecting any different. Deep inside I think he really enjoys going for this aesthetic with her, not even the color palette has changed in years.
