The problem is the length. It looked magical on the model. Hathaway is simply not tall enough to pull it off and I doubt they'd shorten it because it has only been a week since it made its debut on the runway.

Yeah, not my favorite look for her. The top of the dress is pretty but then it becomes this sort of black swan diaster on the bottom.

The SAG award look was just not good. The way she styled her hair reminds me a lot of how Annette Bening styles her short hair (which I quite like on Annette, but I don't think it suits Anne). The dress looks odd.

I'm not sold on the way her hair is styled for the Directors Guild of America event, it seems a bit off to me (almost like a messy/overworked mumsy look to me). But I love that dress that Anne's wearing. Is it just a shiny thread or is it beaded? It's a bit difficult to tell, but the print is really wonderful.

This dress was my favourite from the collection, I'm so glad somebody finally wore it and even more since it's Anne. I like the hair styled that way but I still wish she had kept them very short.
