Anne Laure Girbal was born in the Réunion Island. She played the character Marie Mancini in the famous French musical Le Roi Soleil from 2005-2007. Now she has a solo music career under the name 'Anne J.' I figured it's nice to see someone other than Audrey Tautou, Vanessa Paradis...etc who are often scrutinized under the watchful public eye.
She was also in Emmanuel Moire's music video "Mon Essentiel" from the Le Roi Soleil along with the rest of the cast.
