Why does it have to look like it was taken out of the rubbish? The fabrics look all messy and wrinkled but not in a good way. Other than the fabrics, I like what I'm seeing.

I like it! And untill they wer ementioned I hadn't noticed the shoes yet, but now that I have, I think they suit the collection and finsh the look in most cases. Yay for Paris!

As a huge AVH fan, it is so heart-warming to see her inching back to her roots. It was so depressing to watch her fall into a pit of lifelessness and irrelevancy. It is very AVH with a respective nod to the trends of today...

I only wish she had opted for a different shoe. Those sneakers srsly take away from the elegance of the collection, imo...

very pretty collection...and everything looks so comfortable... what i look, think, shoes are clasical Converse sneakers, sometimes modified with silk or satin...lovely

WiW,it really has been depressing with her lately. thank heavens she seems to have awakened from all of that. i felt like she was becoming what i feared preen had become and we were losing her spirit.

Normally I am against trainers/sneakers, they somehow really work here! My favourite look is the one MulletProof posted too. I think it's very cool and casual and androgynous, yet still sexy.

indeed the journalist was very enthusiastic. repeating over and over it was amazing. they interviewed Diane Pernet + a famous fashion journalist from France (the Mode in France woman - cannot remember her name) and everyone was really happy anout the show.

anyway, they were happy for both of them.

This collection hasn't knocked me over completely (it's still a little too safe for avh; where is that beautifully intricate touch of hers?) but it's definitely a move in the right direction. I can only hope that f/w 2010 will completely make up for what's been going on the past few years.

This is beautiful! It's been so long since I've seen a good collection from Anne. The fabrics are so romantic and remind me Romee & Juliette.
The cuts and styles are very feminine.

I'm sorry to say I'm disappointed by this collection...was looking forward *so much* to it. It is so half-hearted, the proportions are so wrong, the designs uninspired...what happened to AVH???

same here, I was eve getting to the point of looking back on SS03~ etc and just hoping she'd have a return to form because she truly is such an important talent, it's great to see her take charge again and show off her distinct style
