At times to increase our height, at times to improve our confidence, heavenly are these objects we put on and that majestically come and protect, magnify our feet that are neglected but are of paramount importance. The keen and well-thought-out choice of the ornament then symbolizes what borders on the intimate. Since it has been invented, and even though its purpose has evolved since then, shoe carries and endures without a word. This is this essential fashion accessory we have dedicated this Antidote.

Guest artist for this special issue, Giampaolo Sgura is a fashion photographer whose work is appreciated across the world. His eye -- accurate and passionate -- allows him, indeed, to express aptly his proclamed love for classic elegance. Legacy of Italian culture, his vision of the woman is a mix of sensuality, feminity and glamorous. Meanwhile, the man has to be manly, virile and protective. Enthusiastic and generous, Giampaolo did not run out of energy and spontaneity in achieving this publication devoted to the shoe for which he has claimed all the beauty.

n here is a vid featuring Constance:heart::

Magda looks the best, without a doubt. She's the only one who manages to come off sexy. The rest look either lost (Constance), try too hard (Anne), uncomfortable (Sigrid), scary (Ashley) and WTF (Hanne).

I was wondering if this magazine would have a second issue.

I actually like Sigrid's the most. :lol: I don't even know what to say about Hanne's.

Umm... what the heck is this magazine??? The statement they made makes no sense what so ever. It seems like they don't know to properly write. I understand the issue is about models but still... the way the press briefing is written is terrible. Also, all these covers look terrible. Honestly, not crazy about any of them. Which is a shame because they got such a good cast together.

I'm pretty sure it's a French magazine, the statement sounds like it was translated with BabelFish.

I like Ashley's because it's cute. Hanne's is....different. The rest is boring.

loool Hanne's! Magdalena and Constance's covers are the best in my opinion.

I'm reminded of Helmut Newton's Vogue editorial with Nadja Auermann, concerning Hanne's crutches. Magdalena's looking gorgeous. These could pass for Vogue Paris' En Vogue pages, I adore the simplicity of Sgura's aesthetic.

Magdalena & Sigrid look like bombshells! Not really fond of the other covers either due to gap teeth (on Ashley's) or plain silly expression (on Constance's).

Constance and Sigrid's are the best for me especially the former one. :heart:

Hanne's cover is definitely interesting. :lol::)

i love Hanne's. they wouldn't put another girl on a cover like that

the others are ok...Anne's is just tacky but Magda is giving Poly a run for her money

Well, I definitely don't like Giampaolo's photography but I must say the covers look great. I do actually like them all, really.

I really like Hanne's cover. It's different. Was her leg really broken?

Ahh... thank goodness! I was worried that who ever was writing/publishing this magazine hadn't learned proper grammar.
