Anyone make their own cosmetics?

I've just started to look into this an wondered if any made their own make-up?

You mean mix shades, or actually... throw some vaseline and coloring together, that type of thing?

I used to melt my old lipsticks and mix them up to see what shade I'd get. Does that count?
