Shoe Girl. I'm buying some this weekend with some cash I dug up. I bought to pairs of ridiculous Nine Wests that I don't really have enough occasions to wear anywhere, but they were too good to give up. shoes, more, more, more.
used to be bags, now shoes. i still love my bags though but the prices are getting ridiculous. also i find that recognizable bags receive too much attention, shoes on the other hand can be very luxe yet somehow still manages not to be too ostentatious
i was always a bag girl (and a bad girl...teehee...hahah, i'ma tool), but recently i'm finding myself loving designer shoes...i've just started throwing my money to the wind on designer shoes...but i'm still a bag chick
Historically bags...but recently I've found myself drawn to more shoes. The only problem is that I can't rationalize the price of shoes in the same way as I can for a handbag...you're walking on them, they get scuffed and muddied...you can't "baby" them in the same way as you can an expensive bag.
I feel like I am constantly buying new shoes (and I always seem to be able to justify it). With bags they are a) more expensive and b) not something I hold the whole day so it's not necessarily part of every outfit. I tend to rotate between about 3 bags a season based on color and size (not counting "going out" bags). While I do appreciate a bag's aesthetic qualities I tend to choose them more on functionality and quality and only use a few at a time. With shoes not so much. I chose based on cuteness, love-at-first-sight, and whether I can walk in them for a few hours without dying (and even if I can't it's not a deal breaker).
I would say shoes because I need some for different outfits and stuff. One good, versatile bag is all I need, really! I really need a new bag, though... and shoes... *is torn*
