The stuff still isn't here (it was shipped on 2.3 09) I sent them an email (yesterday) but they didn't answer.
Two girls also ordered the same day I did and they wrote back
that their parcel has been probably lost in the post and they can replace all items that are still in stock.

I guess I should try again.

I think it's one month that you have to wait and then your package is lost if it hasn't arrived yet. My parcel was lost and I got full refund, including postage (though I had to remind them about that...). The customer service is really good.

I think the customer service is quite good, but the company they use for shipping to DK is crap.

i remember i ordered a size6 top once and they sent me a size 14 instead!i had paid with a card based in switzerland but orderd to a uk address, when i wrote to customer service about exchanging the top i ended up getting two size 6s,one in the uk and one sent to my address in switzerland! in the end theytold me to keep both of them lol. i agree they do have good customer service!

Yeah eyelure is a pretty big eyelash brand I have lashes form them which ae good but i don't use their adheisive I use a Ruby&Millie one.
