well, i emailed them because i still havent received my order. They replied that everything will be refunded to me as the items i ordered are no longer available... and the package they sent is considered missing i guess, they usually delver in 4-8 working days and today is the 13th working ... sigh
Is someone else experiencing problems with the German post/ DHL? Because I'm waiting for a parcel from my boyfriend and it should have arrived by now too.

I remember my bf ordered something of ASOS for me as Christmas gift, it also took a while because of all the holidays, he emailed Asos and they told him to wait for a week, if it's still not there, then the parcel might be missing. Lucky me, we arrived the jacket soon.

So far, I'm quite satisfied with the German DHL, they were never too late and my Asos packages arrived all in time.

The problem about Asos is their lack of tracking numbers outside of UK. That sucks. I still hope that you will get all your packages!

I've recently discovered asos and I'm loving it!! I found these carvela shoes on sale for £80 but in Kurt geiger they're currently £120 and I just bought a sequin skirt that can double as a strapless top admittedly I was rather ripped off on that but I've been looking for one for ages.

And on the delivery front I think it really varies because I ordered my shoes on the same day as my house mates and I had enough time to cancel and re-order my order and they still arrived before my housemates stuff (theirs still hasnt come). And I ordered my skirt yesterday and it arrived today if you can believe it!!

Yeah massive fan!

by the way when you receive the dress could you let me know how long it is? i just find their measurements not so accurate and im quiet petite so normally find things to be longer than they claim lol
