I received my package today. I love the cuff, it's a lot better quality than I had expected. The sweater is a little bit cropped, which is not what I was wanting, but I can make it work. I love the lace scarf too

How is Asos with the delivery etc? I ordered a CC Skye bracelet ages ago, and got a cheap look-a-like in the mail, not too happy about that, so I've never shopped there agian. Which sucks a little, because they have a lot of nice stuff. I've also heard a lot of stories about people receiving the wrong size, colour ++. Is it still like this? Or have they improved?

I have received the wrong size in the past. And because it was such a hassle to sort out a refund/return I ended up selling it on ebay I wasn't impressed. But having said that, I continue to shop with them

I once placed an order and didn't receive it. They sent me a dispatch confirmation email and everything. Once I contacted their customer service I got refund straight away but no explanation of what had happened. Meh.

I've ordered from them quite a few times and never had any problems with delivery. Everything I've ordered has been sent out correctly and quite quickly too.

is everyone having the troubles non-uk residents? i was just curious because they had some great sandals i want for the summer and now i'm not sure. and they're much cheaper than purchasing from topman which also takes two weeks for me compared to the 4-day express asos has available.
