oh, by the way, i posted some pics of a babyshambles gig i attended a few weeks ago on the libertines thread. perhaps i should post them here? and i have some more, too...

Why add the lady? It looked fine without it imo. Now it just looks out of place. Also... Is it Kate?

Also three more songs have leaked! Unbilotitled, Unstookietitled, & Deft Left Hand.

jealous_hearts: Thank you so much! I have heard acoustic versions of most of them, but it's great to hear the songs produced and finished. I love The Lost Art of Murder (as mentioned a couple of times :P) & also Unstookietitled has been a favourite since the bumfest demos.

This album seems to be a bit quieter than Down in Albion though, I might be wrong of course, but there is certainly no 8 Dead Boys or f*ck Forever on this album yet. I don't mind it though; Pete is perhaps even better when he does his little ballads. :blush: Anyway, thanks! I wish I could do something nice for this thread as well!

I was wondering the name of the girl who's used to do the sleeve artwork, does anyone know? I guess she has a space but dunno...

I like this sleeve with Chatterton because Pete just embodies the accursed poet. Once when I studied at uni I was fond of romantic literature and I especially loved Alfred de Vigny. It is often forgotten that Pete has a crave for literature and is able to speak of books for hours besides have a look at his influences : http://www.libertines.twinkling-star.com/
 
These songs are really great, best of his work with Babyshambles (so far) ^_^

And there is also an interview in this months Q magazine, I could post, íf anyone wants it?
