Backpacks for Men

Upgrader on men.style recently reported that backpacks are a new trend for grown men this year. Marc Jacobs even designed a few for his collection. I think that with proper size, material, and design, a backpack can look smashing on a man without making him look too urban or childish. I know Louis Vuitton does a number of backpacks for men that are great What is your opinion on this trend? I was in Banana Republic today and spotted their Everyday Nylon Backpack and am thinking of purchasing it. Its a tad bit smaller the size of Kanye's bag in the above picture. Thoughts? Childish? Stylish?
