The only novelty this show proposed were the two bodybuilders.
All the rest, sportswear, dresses, hoodies, denim, helmets, suits... has been done before by Demna in a more interesting way.
Even the models were stumbling and shaking better at the end of his first Haute Couture.

These ideas have already given what they had to give and there is nothing left.

I think the tailoring in the beginning is terrible. Those long coats work, but we’ve seen them in many other collections over the last years. Demna is fried, this guy has his head so far up his own *** and truly believes in this crap he’s putting out. There are no redeeming qualities here, even the accessories are bad.

He obviously can’t progress or evolve, this will be it until he’s let go.

I recently find myself wanting to say "I've seen worse" to every thread. But the Puma stuff here is challenging that notion. First sportswear Collab was Adidas, then Under Armour and now Puma. It's really losing any visual punch or novelty it may have had at first.

I like the corset shirts and jackets, some of the Max Mara style coats too.

I remember years ago I got several from Aliexpress(I was weightlifting at that time) to pair with suit shorts to have the geek-hot look in extremely hot weather. For those who want similar treatments, you can DIY one with a precise cut like Balenciaga with a bad scissor.

Another collection, well, another Balenciaga collection I'll easily forget or try to forget against the hype, the noise, the online bla-blah and so on. Even the most acceptable pieces are nothing close to something I'd personally fancy or that will stick to my eyes (unlike some pieces that Ghesquière did back to his days at Balenciaga, even if I did not agree with every idea he had).
Unlike some other seasons when I found his work totally apalling, this time it feels more like "and all that loud buzz-fed mess for this??". Would it happen it NYFW nobody would even care about writing a line. It doesn't hurt the eye at all, it just doesn't move me for a second.
