Balenciaga F/W 2025.26 Paris

I want to say a slight improvement, but I cannot. It was still horrible. Glad he got over this oversized and I didn't notice a floral dress. Guess that was the improvement.

Friendly reminder y’all created this cringe monster… yet here you are proudly bitching about him…
Excuse ME? I did no such thing. I can't even walk past the Balenciaga store in my city without feeling intense embarrassment to be seen NEAR it. And this means I would have had to walk by a Michael Kors store!!!

kors over balenciaga any time! i always check who else are still going in balenciaga stores. and i feel the cringe for them... moreso if they are still wearing giant balenciaga sneakers

The only irony of this collection is that Pinault used to own Puma. They tried so much to distance themselves from Puma, then concentrate on luxury, just for their luxury brand to go do a collab.

So now big spenders Balenciaga clients will look like the type of people store managers of luxury brands are afraid off. Hilarious.

They say no reactions is worse than strong emotions. Maybe we should stop commenting on any Balenciaga collections until the brand fades into oblivion. Why should we waste our time (albeit a small amount) and effort to react on something we know it's a troll?
Because its the only label that puts out something interesting to talk about. Who cares about Michele’s idiotic Peter Pans, or Raf Simons/Miucca trying desperately to be Demna hahaha

^^^ Even at his most obnoxious, his efforts are still superior to Alessandro’s juvenile Valentino by leagues. Not to mention whatever Star Trek DIY cosplaying costumes is going on with that team at Pierre Cardin that gets a seat at PFW (…can’t wait for Conan the Barbarian stanning billionaire nerds to resurrect Bob Mackie and show during PFW).

He’s such a perfect exercise in a masterclass trolling. From the drone shot opening that deliberately lingered way too long on the worst angles just to annoy us lowly viewers of the video and not blessed to be sitting amongst his fashion victims; then the cast of crackheads imported straight off of Kensington streets— with a couple of OF trashy hotness thrown in; the heinous Puma garbage of a garbage brand but the victims will no doubt pay the huge pricetags just because of the Balenciaga association now; to the ending with the crackhead head-bobbing wearing a duvet gown stolen from Moncler. What’s hilariously tragic— or tragically hilarious, and also ingenious is that Demna is a solid talent with a sweeping vision of fashion that could have been pure high fashion for the era. But instead, he gave into the easy whims by appeasing to the lowest of common denominators that even the local LEO of Nevada knows of the brand and playfully asked the smalltime runner that they’ve just arrested, how much his Balenciaga kicks were.

Oh yes i remember. So random, just like when they owned La Redoute. 😂

Not only. They used to own Le Printemps, Conforama and La Fnac.
Selling Le Printemps wasn’t the best idea to me (they could have sold all and keep the one in Haussmann but well…).
The Printemps we had here closed for good a little while ago (Strasbourg). A part of my "history" went away with it even if wouldn't consider myself as a customer of theirs. Ironically, the thing is they had entirely revamped it, even the whole building, outside (now we have an empty spatial station in centre town) just a year or two before closing it for good.

Ah and La Redoute, I forgot about this also. I recall myself finding a catalogue at my parents' home or somewhere like that and was actually surprised to see high fashion models modeling their Granny-friendly underwears...

Conforama???!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Sorry off topic so hmm yes Balenciaga look a mess.
Yes that was PPR for you. What is now Kering was only the Gucci Group back in the day. And when Francois Henry decided to focus on luxury, they sold everything. They also had a wood trade empire and a very well implanted business of commerce in Africa.
