I love this. After seeing Daria styled in the same way season after season (she looks great with devil-may-care hair and slouchy styling, don't get me wrong), this is completely and utterly refreshing. She's commanding attention and it's a great shot.

Yeah, I found it funny that of all the threads to complain about seeing too much of Daria this is the one people chose to do it in -- her transformation is spellbinding here, she is the key ingredient in making this ad so stunning.

I love atmosphere Steven Klein brings to all his images - surreal but not in that dreamy Mert & Marcus way that a lot of photographers attempt to imitate these days. His work just stands out - even in a photo of a photograph it still looks powerful. Looking forward to seeing the full set in high resolution.

Whoever drew the comparison with Basic Instict is dead-on right. Klein is usually inspired by movies and Daria pulls off the role (not to mention the hair) suprisingly well. I thought I loveed last season's campaign with Kristen but this is even better.
