Vista, I have bought from Sue London and I wasn't impressed. They are comfortable and soft as "slippers" but lack support.

^ I agree with Augustus. I have a couple pairs of The London Slipper and I usually just wear them when I don't feel like going barefoot around the house.

has anyone ever tried bloch ballet flats? i read in elle that they're offering "fashion" styles now rather than just ballet slippers, as they are a dnacewear company.

i thought these were super cute, both from blochworld.com. the first pair comes in pink, white, black, red, tan, and silver:

and these come in black, pink, cream, red, white, and burgundy:

in other funny news, i was picking out what to wear the other day and wanted to wear black ballet flats with my outfit...i realized i have at least 14 pairs in black alone!

Lanvin flats The Sue flats aren't horrible. I wouldn't stray away from them, just be careful where you wear them, like any other flats I suppose.

That is super cool!!! I'm in love with the second one - the drawstrings works the same way as proper ballet shoes I think. I'm going to email them! Thanks for posting.

I was going to use them mostly at work, so I'll be wearing them inside.

I love the look of flats, but I never buy any because every time I try them on I get "toe cleavage" which I really hate. Does anyone know of any flats that don't expose the toes?

my lanvins dont show any toe cleavage, but i guess it's just because the mary janes ones are differently shaped from the normal ones..

I hate certain people's toe cleavage. Which doesn't make sense unless I can point out the difference in person. There are just some people that don't have pretty toes.
