i was going to buy the other pair displayed on bonadrag, the irish laceups, but then i went straight to the capezio site, and there, they're $30, where on bonadrag.com, they are around $50. i'm getting them come spring.

Bloch London is becoming more available now and I find them to be sturdier than Repetto and not as cutesy, which I appreciate. the value is so much better too as they're half the price. Repetto's pricing has gotten out of hand.

ALSO: does anyone know of any nude-colored ballet flats?

I got these Blochs today:

(Sorry, couldn't find a bigger pic). They seem to be a lot sturdier than my Repettos, that spend most of their time wrapped up in tissue in their boxes due to being so delicate!

Ballet flats must be the most comfortable but also chic shoes...i have so many of them and always find new! i only wear flats in summer. and i love the ones from replay with the black on the front side

I always wear ballet flats pretty much daily because I end up taller than I'm comfortable being in heels. I love French Sole - they do a lot of plain styles but also more fun designs. I think some people have found they fall apart pretty quickly but that hasn't happened with either of my pairs.

I was having this same problem and I got some from Asos.com eventually. They're plain and they are real leather too!

The Bloch Couture streetwear collection looks exactly, perfectly to a T what I am looking for but it's sold out everywhere! I don't get it, does anyone know what's going on with Bloch? None of the sites that initially carried them last year have restocked them except for Revolve which only carries the styles I don't like. And Amazon.com and endless.com have been sold out for months and months. Anyone know what's going on? They have the most perfect black flats in both regular leather and patent and they're not expensive either. I'm so frustrated by this.

ive searched for flats similar like this for ages now and never been able to find simple ballet flats, theyre always with prints or bows and whatnot, i even contemplated painting them myself but couldnt find them in white either.

it says int he webpage where i found the picture that theyre lanvin, i dont want tos pend that much on a simple pair of flats, but they are so hard to find these days....

those are definitely lanvin, but im sure you can find basic simple flats that look like those, everybody's doing them!

^^^ not really. I tried a while back. but it's really harder than it seems. there are people selling all sorts of ballet flats but NONE sell a plain leather in basic colours with a nice rounded toe for a reasonable price.

i cannot even express how much i just love ballet flats. i wear them every day, they make any outfit cute and lovely...and they are much better to wear than heels (i do not understand the obsession for heels at all *hahah*)

i have black ballet flats that i am wearing almost daily, then i have red ones that i wore so much that they are now broken and i am heart broken.

tomorrow i am going to buy new pair of red flats and i really crave yellow flats, those at daniellat post are lovely.
