Does anyone know whose shoes Gwen Stefani is wearing at the 2004 MTV Europe Music Awards?

the shoes are from christian dior's fall 2004 haute couture colleciton, and are available by special order. try calling the dior boutique in new york (1-212-931-2950 or 1-800-929-DIOR) and asking about them...i believe the satin version gwen wears all the time is about $950-1000.

they were on the catwalk for the f/w 04 couture show, but you couldn't really see them under the big dresses...

how come the one lady needs help while walking in them, but yet the models on the runway in the heavy dresses are unassisted?

^^^ maybe it was a slippy surface, windy day, model not used to heels, shoes wrong size....

Actually I think they were assisted off of the catwalk and backstage because of the dress, not the shoes.
