Beautiful but not pricey linens / duvet covers?

I am moving, and need to find some new linens for my new house. However, my budget is not Frette or Yves Delorme but I am very picky about linens. Where can I go to find high quality and also interesting patterns?

Can be contemporary or more traditional, but if contemporary, looking for something unique that not everyone has.
