Beautiful Houses

Thanks for the beautiful pictures, Seanutbutter. :flower: I love #304!

I don't mind the prices. It doesn't hurt to know. ^_^

Well, I'd be happy to continue providing the prices! I'm glad others feel the way I do about it. This three bedroom, two and a half bath mansion in Fernandia Beach, Florida, is $900,000. I think this style, Victorian, is one of my favorites.

I also like the polished ruggedness of this $900,000 home in Franklin, Tennessee. I just don't like the price tag.

This cannot be ignored. Four bedroom, five and a half bath house in Tuckasegee, North Carolina, for $4 million. The bedroom has a sitting area and fireplace. A sitting area! That's so unnecessary that it's actually sort of awesome.

This four-bedroom five-and-a-half-bath 8,000-square-foot stone house, designed in the style of a Scottish castle, is located on eight acres in Tuckasegee, N.C. It is on the market for $4,000,000.

The kitchen here is amazing, and such a stark contrast from the rest of this $5 million house in Clarkesville, Georgia.

Don't stop posting prices!
I like to look at what property goes for around the world....
I don't see anything wrong with posting prices....we post prices for almost everything else here at tFS.....

Unlike most of the houses posted the one in post #306 is one of my favorites, very domestic and warming.

How cool is this? Shown is a $5 million house in Mill Valley, California, with access to the street from a tram car. As if you couldn't get your fill of tram cars while in the city, you can have one at your house, too.

This estate, located on almost two acres of wooded hills in Mill Valley, Calif., is on the market for $4,995,000. It includes a 4,800-square-foot four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath main house, which is reached from the street by a “hillevator,” or tram car.

The house, built in 1928, was formerly the home to the Swiss Hiking Club. The main lodge has beamed rafters and wood paneling.

Three bedrooms and the master suite are on the lower level, and one bedroom is on the upper level. The master bedroom opens to a deck.

The grounds include lawns, several stone patios, fire pits and regional plants and redwood trees.

I've visited Whitefish before, and it's a perfect spot for a house like that one. It's one of those cities with a town-like feeling to it. That being said, I've been reading lately that the city is quickly changing into a dream getaway for millionaires.

Now that I think about it, the $7 million price tag on that particular house may attest to that.

#332, dont like it...its to high and i would get nightmares of falling down

oh, all these gorgeous houses. i'm terribly jealous...my current apartment leaves much to be desired.

but wow, how great would it be to ride a tram up to your house everyday? That would be so much fun for me!

i saw this in florence, not sure if its a house but i love the historical quality of it

It would be a great experience most of the time, but imagine if a power outage occurred before you got home and you had to make the trek up that steep hill!
