Bernhard Willhelm F/W 06.07 Paris

Eminently wearable, and really desirable. Those big bright prints I already want for this winter! However, the knits in this collection look a bit like Undercover, he's toned down the ugliness which is great but this is not BW at his most inventive...still, I'm happy like the others.

OMG! This is absolutely fantastic! If you really look at this, this has most certainly alot of the classical elements of his earlier collections. Just as I was hoping for too ;) Love the knits and these gorgeous coats...well,really I love almost everything...the tights are brilliant! And I'm really excited to see he decided to an installation rather than catwalk with this. The settings definitely provide a better atmosphere and feeling for these clothes. Gorgeous. Everything.

I agree, this is move into a much better direction. I love the knits and tailoring as well. Though some of the stuff is quite dodgy still, like the tie-dyed bits.

the coats and jackets are really cool. i liked that he did a presentation rather than a show.

where can i see the entire collection?

i really like the presentation too, though i'm wondering if that is overshadowing the actually clothes. because i'm not quite getting it. i love those coats towards the end, but otherwise they look sort of like props (for the performance?) and not real, liveable clothing. i think i would have loved to see this in person, because it's not doing well to translate onto a static screen.

just saw the entire collection. BW lovers of the past put down your razor blades.
