IMG seems to push a girl really hard in the begining and if they don't catch then the model will inevatibly get lost in the pile of hundreds of comp cards.

exactly although if you signed with IMG and you catch on (like Gemma) then your career would be quite phenomenal

How 'good' an agency is depends on the girl. Girls switch agencies like undie pants. A girl could be with IMG "the best agency on the planet" but not book a job. But sign with Next or whatever and become the next big thing.


Img signs far more than 4 girls a year. And agencies usually have many, many more girls that you'd think. Many, many more than the girls you see on their websites. There really isn't any true small agencies anymore.

elite is doing EXTREMELY well with their new girls...u will see what I mean in a month or two.

7 out of the 10 or so girls were elite..thats pretty impressive
