i wanted to get the worldphone but the salesman said it was pointless for me to get it since i don't travel around the world..i just like it because it was bigger than the curve another thing. the worldphone dosn't have a camera

Reposted (I removed the humourous picture which was found in the wild... of undeterminable origin(s) found at different blog sites which also did not indicate its origin or ownership.)

Even when used here in the States, the Storm is "hobbled".. 3G in the US is different from the 3G back in Europe and elsewhere. Net access was noticeably slower. Maybe the next incarnation by BB will be even more remarkable as the battle continues between RIM and Apple.

my friend also used her bold sometimes with the 2G connection instead of the 3G when the connection is bad here

Thanks! I do have Verizon (I'm so lame, my Curve isn't the 8310, its whatever the Verizon Curve is....it can send/receive pic/video texts.

I'm not too into touch screens so I should prob stick with what I have. Its just the trackball sp*zzing out gets super annoying AND my camera stopped working and Verizon couldn't fix it and I'd have to PAY $50 for a refurb if I use my ins. These things make the Storm look pretty darn appealing!

btw, i just upgrade my 8320 to bold and so far, i LOVE it!
it's so much different! the screen, the text are so much sharper.
i'm a very visual person, went to college at graphic design and small things like that is important for me

I hate when they do that shade of baby pink for cell phone casings. It's very dated looking to me. If they're going for pink, I'd prefer a bright pink instead of....that.

I would first check with the service provider and see what they are willing to do for you... lets see if there is "store goodwill" at work for you.

(Blasting compressed air might be a temporary solution - it might spread the dust or contaminant to the further edges.)

does anyone know of any good sites or stores that carry pretty housings or cases/skins for blackberry curve 8310s? i tried decorating my red one with these pink argyle decals i bought off ebay and they look SO STUPID!
