The tee looks like a simple American Apparel, Deep V Summer Tee. I have them in a crapload of colors. I practically live in them when I'm not working!

Hahaha. It could honestly just be a men's Hanes tee too. The reason why I'm not too sure if it's an AA one is because the length isn't the same and AA ones are much more fitting.

^ I thought of it being a Hanes too, but I think even an XS would be bigger on her than what she is shown wearing. A men's Hanes in XS is like a women's S or M, regularly, and Blake looks so much tinnier. That and the middle stitching. Do Hanes have that middle stitching? I don't even remember. Oh well.
