That shirt in the set with Penn is a really interesting choice coming from Blake. Well at least a weird choice after she started filming for Gossip Girl, since her style has changed a lot. The shirt is a bit boyish, in my opinion. She's usually a little more feminine than that. She still looks fresh and beautiful.

I thought that too. the tee has a weird shape that doesn't look good on her. I think it's because it's wider than she is, so it looks odd.
