Thats why I think they always film in heels.
Some people say that when they only film the face and the upper part they film in comfy shoes but I'm not so sure.
So the uggs and flip flop pics are not actually of them filming. Cause what you say is true, it's going to look inconsistent.

they rehearse in uggs and flipflops. else continuity would be ruined on screen had they not worn their heels. so whenever they're seen in flipflops and uggs, its them rehearsing. i know from experience and also seeing them film. so hope that helps
