I think she looks great in the dress. She has (obviously) really long legs so I think she can carry the proportion quite well. But I agree the hair looks a bit....tired...

the dress is not terrible, not my favorite look on her but I like that it's different.
the hair and makeup is what ruins it for me. it's like they took her off the beach put more bronzer on
