Well, her pose is not very good, maybe that´s way i think she looks kind of lost in this dress but now i think with different ankles of her dress it looks very elegant but i would still prefer to see her in something cool, colors, fresher, more extravagant- like the leather skirt outfit.

Technically, she doesn't employ a stylist.

But she told Vogue that she goes to the fitting room of Gossip Girl, takes pictures of herself in the outfits that she likes, then sends them to a personal shopper and tells them to get that. Which is similar to a stylist choosing things for you and then you pick the one you like the best, because the stylist has at least narrowed down things for you and put pieces together. So I guess the Gossip Girl stylist kind of styles her.
