She looks lovely in that dress and I love how she isn't wearing any accessories and is really letting the dress shine. The girl can seriously pull-off color and it looks like she's been hitting the gym lately.

I think it's going to be a great year for Blake: Chanel, Green Lantern and who knows what else.

It's almost like she's got the body of a 23-year old and the face of a 50 year old.

I like the Marchesa on her, but I think she could of styled it better.

It's the smile lines. They don't look so bad when she's actually smiling, but she has them even when she's not (like in the picture you just posted that I removed per the rules) and they end up looking like wrinkles, which is associated with older age.

I have to agree that she does look older than she is. She's still pretty, but her nasolabial fold makes her look much older. But I think she had it even a few years ago?

I think people have lost the concept of what one actually looks like when they are "old" considering the massive number of people that do things like botox and other kinds of fillers. I will say that she should probably lay off tanning for a while, but to call her old-looking in the face is just absurd.
