That would be great! Olympia Le Tan is totally in the spirit of that…One idea, they should hire Olympia Le Tan to be their Creative Director~
Mimi Wade, a London/ LA designer is also part of that world~
Those boots are a knockout.
Great slip dresses and I like the styling but the photography doesn’t highlight the narrative they were going for. It’s very department store.
Seems the studio team has more range than Brognano while reverting back to his aesthetic.
The robes though, remind me of the brand Bebe in the early 2000s. They could have done more with that to elevate them in terms of textile and design.
I get what you mean — the boots really stand out, they almost steal the show.
For me the slip dresses feel like a deliberate nod to that late 90s / early 2000s minimalism, but I agree the way they were shot doesn’t quite bring out the narrative. With a stronger editorial approach they could have pushed the Y2K angle even further.
The Bebe comparison is spot on! I also felt that vibe, especially with the robes and the textures. It’s interesting to see how many collections now are leaning into that early 2000s aesthetic, mixing nostalgia with updated cuts.
