LoL... Blythes are MAD, and I do mean M.A.D. popular in Asia, especially Japan... totally Japanese stuff, all that huge head thing. Mattel actually jumped on that Huge Comic Head Band Wagon with their Myscene dolls.

BUT! Blythe's got a repuatation. One for being in style... I guess so at least, heh.

God, those Bratz and Myscene dolls are so ugly IMO.

My huge interest with Japanese Street Fashion is exactly how I found out about Blythe dolls so you are completely correct there. I think that it's the big head and big eyes that make people think they're scary looking. I've never seen a Blythe in person, but I think that they're very interesting looking and I would like to have one someday.

I have a friend who is obsessed with BJDs and I even went to a doll party with her, but I'm not really a fan of those big 60 cm dolls. I prefer the smaller 30 cm dolls, I think that they're called Yo-SD?

Too bad all those dolls are mad expensive.
