Bobbi Brown shimmerbricks

I love them. You can do ANY look for the face with them. They come in different palette colors: pink, apricot, bronze, beige, etc. Does anyone own them here?

Picked up the beige one as soon as it came out. Good for all-over glow and using the light side to highlight temples...love it

anyone here a fan of her makeup?

i love her shimmer bricks & blushes

I got shimmer bricks, the nude palette and several blushes. Love them all!

I thought about getting it.. but I don't think I can pull those colors off. I still love the chocolate palette though.

i want to get the pot rouge in pale pink.... does anyone recommend it? (if u want my complexion as a cue, just look at my avatar and im a lil overall paler than that.)

The model for the violet look is a brunette. Are they any opinions on whether the violet palette suits brunettes best? I have brown eyes and a fair complexion but my hair is honey blonde. I was worried that the violet would not look good. I don't want to look fuchsia.

I just got the "Sandstone" shimmer brick. LOVE IT. Perfect for the summer.

I also want to buy the "beige". It's very "gold", isn't it?

I just ordered the Sunkissed Palette with the Bronze brush set and a few other goodies.

Bobbi Brown Foundation Stick

Hey guys, I need some help finding the right shade for Bobbi Brown Foundation Stick. Right now I'm using MAC Studio Sculpt in #NW20. I can't seem to find the right shade for me online.

Help, pretty pls! :flower:

^You need to try it out before buying, Trust me.

I got the corrector in Light Bisque - NEED the concealer! If you have dark circles, then this is the sh*t. My skin has never looked that perfect. The MUA tried different combinations of corrector and concealer, and what we came up with was darker than we anticipated. But it made my skin look perfect. You really need to try these things out in real life.

Tnx Ida! Yes, I know I have to try it. I always do actually but this time I'll take a chance. B)

^It might very well be a waste of money, Bobbi Brown is super expensive

People always say the stick foundation never lasts on them, wears off after a few hours, doesn't give them suitable coverage, but to be honest I could not live without it.

Trust me when I say i've tried nearly every foundation under the sun. Creams, mineral, liquid, mousse, blah blah... from the high end to the cheap drug store brand none ever really impressed me or gave me a 'finished' look.

I went to the Bobbi Brown make up counter at my local mall, picked up one of the stick foundations in the shade alabaster (i'm like a vampire it's horrid). I am *so* in love with it. I've been using it for about 7-8 months. It's funny to describe the coverage. I don't really find that it leaves my skin very matte or dewy. It looks like i'm not even wearing foundation, yet completely evens out my skin tone and conceals minor blemishes.

I do have combination skin, more on the oily side due to our weather conditions i'm sure, ugh humidity... over all I just can't say enough about this foundation.

Now I haven't tried any of her other products (yet!) :D, but man... she's made me a happy girl so far.

Bobbi's corrector does nothing for me, i don't have huge dark area's under my eyes. I only bought it as a refreshment for my , light, under eye cirkels. But it's does nothing! no correcting the darkness, nothing.....very disaponted.

That is because you are not using it correctly  If you only have slightly dark circles, then you only need concealer. You need to put a yellow-based concealer on top of the corrector because the corrector doesn't cover anything. It only cancels out the blue and purple, meaning the under eye area is still darker than the rest of your face :flower: The product itself is brilliant, but I can see why you'd be disappointed when someone clearly has given you the wrong information
