The whole look doesn't work for me.
The dress is just not cute. Maybe if it were longer or shorter?
And she's wearing way too makeup. Her face is so beautiful, she doesn't need it.

Uh.... the dress isn't the worst I've ever seen, but it is pretty bad. Perhaps if it had been shortened it wouldn't look so awkward? Also, for me its her makeup that makes her look bad, too much overall. Plus, red lipstick and heavyish eye makeup is not a good combo. Pick one or the other. Not both.
