I definitly agree that she somewhat manages "to bring her guys up" - but according to the quote from the article

It's not [Nathalie and Heather] who need an agency, because it's an agency who needs them."

Sure, an Agency needs successfull & driven Agents but they also NEED LOYAL AGENTS THAT STAY WITH THEM! If I was onwner of an Agency I would NOT risk hiring an Agent that MIGHT leave soon again - and takes confidential & valuable Insider-Knowledge with them - no matter how good that Agent might be!

To my knowledge Heather is still with Elite......at least she was the last time I talked to her. Agents hoop around different agencies a lot, but bookers do it even more, they are practicaly switched every season. I know a VERY successful agent who has worked for Elite, Ford, international agencies and lastly IMG. What can you say, the buisiness is though!!!!!
